I have a 10-cent Columbian Exposition stamp that shows a nice double transfer at the bottom. Can anyone furnish the plate and position on this one?

Alas, the Columbians are not listed in the Loran French book, which only covers Bureau issues.

Exactly where does the OP see a double transfer?

In the "olumb" of Columbus, at the bottom of each letter. That extra line should not be there, and isn't on a normal stamp.
