Being new to collecting stamps I wonder if there's any increase in value with these stamps when they come in a block of 4? They have an online catalogue value of €0.10 a piece, are they more valuable like this?

No they are still the same values. There are collectors that do collect used blocks of 4 simply because they are scarcer but on these there is no additional value. Yours have a bit of perf separation and the bottom 2 have natural straight edges (or scissor cut) which devalues them a bit.

That being said I'm not sure if these are pre-cancels or a roller cancel. Hopefully one of our pre-cancel guys will chime in.
