Please help me cancel the possibility of this being the sc 596 or if it looks worthy of expert assessment I need the best most respected authenticators contact info .also best mailing practices for stamp in condition and any info is appreciated one more thing is there anywhere you can physically take a stamp to have authenticated besides pawnstars

Have no fear of having a 596. You have a 632.

If you carefully gauge the perforations on your stamp, you will find they are perf 11 across the top/bottom, and 10.5 along the sides. As an aside, the Los Angeles Bureau precancel further confirms your stamp as a 632. Here are whole bunch more of them (632's), essentially worthless, especially with any damage, sorry.

Hi Brent150, before we give you any info on where to send this please give us a clear picture of the stamp, preferably a scan of both front and back. I believe your stamp has big problems and even if it is what you think it could be it is most likely beyond help.

We need to see perforations on all four sides. At first blush, the color looks way off but that could be my monitor.
