OK...The clock on the left is the clock face that is shown on the stamp...It shows I..II..III..IV. The real clock on our Parliament Building as the right pictures shows is really I..II..III..IIII MISTAKE  |

Lots, if not most, Roman numeral clock faces use IV. However, lots, if not most, have the numerals based along the inner circle. And, the clock on the left makes a jumble of VIII-IX. |
