Based on the photos on the certificates I am not sure that the certificates are for the same stamp. The stamp on the PSAG certificate appears to have small, but balanced margins. The stamp on the PSE certificate appears to be smaller at top than at bottom. |

Good catch wt! The perf patterns are distinctively different--especially look at the upper left in the PSAG "never hinged" cert. You will see a narrow extension where the horizontal and vertical perfs were close to each other. This does not appear in the stamp for sale, which has a perf pattern pretty near that of the lower valued, partially hinged PSE cert. |
