I had posted this gutter pair before in the middle of a post, but looked closely and there is a roller mark..Is it called a "roller mark" or is there a different name for it...?

Robert, no idea what a roller mark is. But it looks a lot like a Lay Out Marking ( LOM ) that they forgot to erase ?

I am not an expert on these, but, to me, this looks like a 'doctor blade' variety??

You know what Bujutsu I think you are correct..Not valuable but a keeper...Probably would not show up in Unitrade, if you know what I mean.

Thanks, Robert

Okay, I give up! What's a 'doctor blade'?
Am I going to regret asking?

Doctor blade flaw - in modern high-speed printing machines surplus ink is removed from the printing surface by a flexible steel blade, known as the doctor blade. This process can cause characteristic flaws on the printed stamps. Until worked out this can cause a non-constant flaw.

Nice--Thanks Wert.
Definitely a keeper, especially I like the gutter pair and this stamp is not ordinary--not rare--but off the beaten track
