Welcome.
Sorry, the forum had some technical issues over the last few days and folks are just now catching up. Nothing jumps out at me as being especially valuable but the postal history aspect of the material is interesting to some folks. Keep in mind that most stamp were printed in huge quantities, many were produced in the billions. There are some much less common varieties and stamp collectors enjoy hunting for them. But this is about the same a rock collector hunting for a diamond, chances are better at winning a mega-lottery than stumbling upon something really rare.

Stamp collecting and postal history are great hobbies. If you would like to learn more about the hobby you can search this forum or try Stamp Smarter website here http://stampsmarter.com/

Condition issues are present. Bummer about a couple of the covers. One has (I believe)the first RFD (Rural free delivery) route in Chicago. The RFD route operated out of Norwood Park (Where I went to H.S.) and started up in June, 1904. The other cover with the pre-stamped and uprated strip of 3? 4? is interesting but condition is not good.

To elaborate on the previous posts:
1. The stamps are common run of the mill work-horse issues produced in absolutely huge quantities.
2. The Antiques Roadshow saying of "everything is condition, condition, condition" applies to stamps also.
3. The "postal history" aspect of having entire mail pieces is the redeeming part here. I think Stallzer may be misreading it, but the cover just right-center has a Peru, IL RFD cancel and a stamp from a booklet pane (as evidenced by the perforated bottom guide line and straight edge at right, although damaged). It would be nice to see an image of this entire envelope, or any other item that you want information about.
4. Do not remove any of the stamps from the envelopes/documents.

I think you are correct. Got caught up in Chicago RFDs instead of Illinois RFDS.
