I have some of these stamps as well as the Steiner page for them, but now cannot find them in the Scott catalog. I have looked in all of the obvious places and more. Any guidance would be sincerely appreciated.

I have some of those as well. Part of a set of 11 - don't believe they are listed in Scott, found in Sassone. Essentially the precursors to the Trieste Zone B stamps from what I understand. |

I have Sannone. My Yvert cuts off at 1940. Might be there, too, in editions that extend past 1940?
If you really want to dig in, check a philatelic library for Novakovic, Stamps and Postal History of Trieste, Pola, Fiume, Istria and Slovene Littoral under Yugoslav Military Administration 1945 – 1947 printed in 2009. Almost 900 pages, color. More than you ever wanted to know.
I'll be a buyer if I ever see one in person and can verify that it's usable.
ETA: Didn't like author's name, I guess. I "anglicized" it. |

floortrader's second stamp in the top row can also be found with a short "T" variety, with the vertical "leg" of the T being roughly half as high as the adjacent letter. |

I posted about these stamps a few years ago and a user from Italy (alka2) responded with some relevant information. See the response to row 5 in this thread https://goscf.com/t/74673 |
