Looks like Scott #156 - hard to see - cancel covering the key area to the left of the '1'...

Perfs just damaged and/or poorly done. Perf machine could've had a damaged pin or just not working properly that day...

Thank you very much for discussing the topic ....
just wanted to ask for help to understand.
has on the reverse side of the brand of glue or not.
In the center of the circle there is a stain, but is it glue or not..?
And why only in a circle...?
On the correct adhesive should occupy the entire area of the brand.
Or maybe it's scott206A .....?

Scott 206a is listed as a partial double impression with "ONE 1 CENT" at bottom doubled. Scott gives no value for a 206a.

valera_foto, what you see on the back is the remnant of a previously-attached hinge, as stamperix says. There is no gum (this is the proper term in English) left on the stamp, since it has been used.

Dudley writes. There is no rubber on the brand, because it was used.
How to check what will be determined, was the glue or not ....
For example, here is this brand, how can I identify with glue or not ...?

valera, I'm not sure I understand the question. By "brand" you mean "stamp" I think ("marka" in transliterated Cyrillic), but are you asking whether you can tell if an example such as the one pictured has ever had gum on it or not? Almost all US stamps were issued with gum.

Nice pictures.

Edit: Removed the rest of my post because I thought it was a different stamp and a different poster! Silly me...

It's 5 cents with the image of President Zachary Taylor.
I'm always interested in the question, can this be without glue .....?
I created some photos for you.
Maybe there is a stamp, but there is no glue ...?
